Another Warmoth Today Thread

This is borderline thread hijack, but buying 4 @ 80% means you still have to buy the 5th at 80% to get the 6th one a no cost.  Whatever the math disagreements are, can we agree it's cheaper out of the showcase.  Besides, this is just for bodies and necks.  Hardware is still at full price, and still a big chunk of the price of a build.

This reminds me of a probability and stats word problem from college.

There's a component on the spaceshuttle responsible for calculating reentry.  This little component gets hot and has an 85% chance of success (15% chance of failure).  To combat this, it is equpped with four.  What is the probility the component(s) as whole work properly?  Answer = 99.99949375% success

3) That is the new 7/8 Strat body and 24 fret neck. It's getting put together as a shop guitar next week.

New 7/8? Does that mean it's a different shape from the old 7/8 strat?

Nah. It just means that we can now use a CNC machine for it so we can add it into one of our standard offerings. That should be happening over the next 60 days sometime.
