angled headstocks and such

is it possible to get an angled CBS neck?  this may be a dumb question, but i've never seen any in the showcase or in the neck options for them....

and also, if i get that neck half scalloped would i be able to get MOP or abalone inlays up to the 9th fret?  but that would prolly count as a custom inlay with the 90buck preic tag, huh?
