@dc.git as @Mitch pointed out a conversion neck will need to have a tilt back
A modern construction neck which the conversion necks are unless it is a tilt back has a side adjust on the straight headstocks which is incompatible with the body.

I am aware of this issue; my plan was to put a dummy screw head in the offending hole and drill a new offset hole for a fourth screw.@dc.git as @Mitch pointed out a conversion neck will need to have a tilt back

In the picture from the Warmoth website in your previous post, to the left of the "area of incompatibility". Do you foresee a problem?

There is not much room to the left of that position on the neck plate for a hole to go through.
