The only necks that will work on a 7/8 Warmoth guitar is a 7/8 neck or a Mustang 24" scale neck. The 24.75" scale may be the same on a Gibson conversion neck but the location of the bridges on the bodies is not the same. Bottom line, the Gibson conversion neck will fit a 7/8 body but the guitar will never correctly intonate.
The baritone and short-scale conversion necks that Warmoth sells are designed to convert 25.5" scale strat or tele style to either the baritone or shorter Gibson 24.75" scale with no other mods to the guitar. You don't have to move the bridge. Just install the neck and do a typical setup (neck relief, bridge saddle height and intonation) and it's ready to go.
The Warmoth 7/8 body has a shorter scale length than the standard Strat and Tele, so the bridge is placed differently. You need to use the 7/8 Neck, although some people found the Mustang and Jaguar 24" necks are workable on the 7/8 body.
