Someone said they hate Tonar threads, but that is just treating the symptoms and not the disease. I'm starting to hate Tonar. Then again, symptoms, not disease. I'm starting to hate Warmoth. I may parlay that into hating nature. After that, if it goes farther, I may get struck by lightning.

Fernando it will not work as a hardener.
The wood is darker than the picture is showing it. It is also being sprayed with vintage lacquer that will yellow naturally. Between the ageing of lacquer and the boiled oil this neck will be the perfect color in a few months. This is one that I wish you all could see in person.

Flame thrower is kinda cool, I do like cherry bomb, but it doesn't fit as well. I kinda like Fire Bomb too..... :dontknow:

Well, hang tight for a couple days and I will see what I can come up with for a Flame Thrower design.
After a quick first search, I did not come across anything that I thought might be transferable to a neck plate.
Let me do some more searching this weekend.
If anybody has any cool flame thrower pics, post em up...
