A question about reverse headstocks

Hello all! About to pull the trigger on my first custom neck order and have a quick question.

I'm wanting to get a reverse headstock for a right handed guitar - is there a difference between the "left handed" and "right handed reverse"? If the neck profile is symmetrical, wouldn't that be the same thing? Or are there other dimensions I'm not taking into account?

If you grab a left handed neck the side inlays will be on the wrong side and you won't see them.

Not to mention if you get a modern, the adjust will be on the wrong side.  Also if you have them install a nut, it would be reverse of what you desire.

I would go for a right hand reverse. As mentioned left handed necks are made for left handed players. Could you use a left handed neck, sure. If you don't mind side dots not being visible, and you'd have to install your own nut. Unless you don't mind stringing it for a lefty.
