9mm ferrules for flush mounting?

Folks,

The Tonar finished body from Nando has flush mount ferrules.  Sadly, the diameter for the top lip is only 9mm.  Warmoth and every other supplier I can find only sells 10mm diameter ferrules.  So far I've tried Warmoth, StuMac, and All Parts.

Anyone know of a source for 9mm ferrules?

All parts has a vintage reproduction ferrule with a 9.3mm lip.

There's also this which I think is sexy as hell. I almost want to build a Tele just to use this part.

Callaham has some which are .375" which equates to around 9.5mm.
