I'd be really interested in a bass body/neck with full scale and 24 frets a la Ibanez SR series (not necessary the body shape)

Well, they are available in the marketplace, although maybe not in Warmoth's menu.

They offer a four-fret overhang on their 4-string necks and a two-fret overhang on the Deluxe 5 necks.

I'd there's no money above the 7th feet, egads, just owning a 24 fret bass could cost you money every month.
