2015 (manufacture date) guitar still off-gassing?

Also,
An easy check, if it’s glue used inside the guitar that’s off gassing, then the glue isn’t fully set.  Reach inside and see if you can shift/move a bracing. If you can’t, most likely it’s not the glue inside. 

While in there, do a double check nothings died or you see signs of any staining, etc.

Stradamania''s idea of charcoal worked for me years ago . I had a case that was so bad I was going to through it out . I tossed in oa few large fish tank charcoal filters , closed the case, I don't remember how long it sat but quite awhile and it worked .
I didn't know they made charcoal bags for odors
