I took the G4 Koa custom I built to a show last night for the bass player to check out , he asked to play it in the second set and loved it . The band did as well , as he came through the mix much better than on his Fender Jazz .
It's got Bartolini soap bars and 2 band pre -amp , Hip Shot single string bridge Koa over Mahagony with a Padouk/ ebony neck.
I'll be building him a custom (as that is my personal bass) and possibly one for his rythym player.. quite cool to see your stuff on stage played by someone with serious chops!
