Interesting setup with the two p90s and and a hum in the middle! I really like my hybrid strat.

I wonder if you could set it up so that you could split the humbucker in a way that would cancel out the p90 hum in the 2 and 4 positions...

I’m thinking two Gibson P90s (maybe Fralins instead of Gibson’s) with a Seymour Duncan Jazz(neck) in the middle.
The Jazz Neck only has a DCR of 7.5K. It might be hard to balance it between two P90s. If this was me I’d probably consider the SH-16 for the middle pickup instead with a coil split option, and something really high output like the Seymour Duncan Hot P90 or P90 Stack in the bridge, and a Gibson, Fralin, or Seymour Duncan Antiquity for the neck.

Or if money wasn’t an issue, the Fishman Gristle Tone P90s and the Fishman Classic Humbucker in the middle.

I’ve actually changed my mind since then and I am going with:
Barenuckle:
Blue Note 90 Set

I figure I will just adjust the height to make the more powerful humbucker sound right.

While I agree with your conclusion, I would caution you to be careful about using resistance as the measuring stick. DCR is only an indicator of output if all other variables (magnet gauss strength, wire gauge, construction) are the same. Inductance, measured in henries, is the best spec to get an idea of output voltage.
