Thanks for the nice words. The hardest part for me was choosing the right pickups. I wasn’t necessarily chasing a specific tone but I always had Jerry’s Alligator tone in the back of my mind. These do that and much, much more—very versatile pickups. Getting them at the right height and in the right positions took several months of experimenting.
