I've been using the Tortex Fins for a while.  Usually flip over and play with the smallest point.

This is a sticker.  Created from a photoshop graphic, printed, wrapped, then lacquered.  Make sure the guys doing the wrapping know what they are doing.  It is hard to wrap around tight curves and edges without the material gathering and creating folds.  Normally they heat it and stretch it...

Either way.  This one has the huge thick back on it which gives a warm tone to it.  I can't stand playing some of their models that have the thinner backs.  They have a thin sound when not plugged in.  Not a fan at all.

The Ovation was a gift from my dad when I was a kid.  He wanted me to tone down the rock n roll and play something more his style.  I played a bunch of gigs in college with it.  It actually plays and sounds great.  Took a while getting use to that curved back though.

I LOVE that wood.  Stock piling some cash now for my next build.  It will definitely be a tele.  I really want a B-bender but I don't think I could tackle the job as Trevor has done on his paisley.  (jealous). :glasses9:

There are a few seams around the edge.  You can notice one across the bottom in the last pic I posted.  With the finish, you can't feel it but you can see a thin line.  Not enough to give me any regrets.  The decal guy actually wrapped the graphic under the floyd rose.  Doesn't show up well in...

Thanks for the comments.  I have finished the coatings.  Not knowing much about finishes and reading lots of reviews, I ended up applying an acrylic lacquer.  I read many places that this does not yellow.  I tried some poly out on a few pieces of scrap and it yellowed instantly.  I put about...
