I have two sets of black PRS HFS/VB pickups. These came out of my CE24 and Standard 24. I believe each are 2002 models. Leads were desoldered, not cut. $120 per set shipped in the US.

Trade the PRS Trem for a Chrome Schaller Floyd Rose + $25?

I know it's some what easy, and people use different tuners, but that's why I said "if you know what kind of tuners or string trees you are going to use".  That's why it could be an option.  

Don't know if this has been covered, but if you know what tuners or string trees you are going to use, why can't Warmoth drill holes in the headstock?

I was about to order a pickguard from Warmoth for my Fender '72 Telecaster Deluxe Re-issue and it popped up that it only fits Warmoth bodies.  Does anyone know what is different? 

What about combining the Fender Deluxe heel with the Warmoth Contoured one?  Best of both worlds!

The PRS bolt on heel is good, but why do they still have the chunky block of wood(on the neck) protruding out of the body?  I understand it's more stable, but it almost defeats the purpose.

I must be one of the only ones who think abalone binding is awful and tacky.  The main reason I won't buy an ESP ltd 1000 series guitar is because it has abalone binding.  Schecter isn't much better.  Basically the same reason why a lot of people don't like gold hardware.
