Hey guys! New to the forum even though I've used it time and time again when getting Warmoth & other guitar gear. You guys know your stuff!

I'm looking to buy a new neck for my Fender Roland VG-5 strat. I wanted to see if anyone had one lying around before I put one on order.
Desired Specs below.

Strat Neck - 22 Fret, 1 5/8 Nut Width, Wizard Back Contour, 6105 Frets

Just hit me up! Thanks.

Don't have a neck for ya but, I would get the 6105 frets in Stainless Steel. Lasts a lot longer and the feel is amazingly smooth. Well worth the extra. Best upgrade ever. Also I like the feel of true-oil or tung oil finish so I always get unfinished necks and do the finish myself. Saves a lot of money. The warranty is void, but what could ever be wrong or go bad on a Warmoth product the way they are built. Difference in price I don't worry about that aspect. Just my 2 cents. Good luck. Warmoth rocks.

I have a Birdseye Maple/Birdseye Maple, 22 fret, SS6105 that I'd be willing to part with. You don't say, but mine has a Floyd nut shelf on it. PM if you're interested.

I just sent you a PM and email...

Saw your post on the Warmoth forum for a Strat neck.

I just got a neck that matches your needs 90% with a new Strat build I did:

http://unofficialwarmoth.com/index.php?topic=23289.0

The only difference is the nut width on mine is 1 11-16".

I also installed the LSR roller nut.

The issue with this neck for me is the 6105 frets. I thought I would be OK with those, but I'm used to playing the larger frets, and have just bought anther neck with the 6150 frets.

I am considering selling my original neck. It's maybe 2 months old, and I swapped it out 3 weeks ago, so it only had 5 weeks of playing time.Essentially brand spanking new. Here's the scoop from the original purchase:

SKU Description Quantity Price
CUSTOMNECK Custom Neck 1 $372.00
LSR Fender® LSR Roller Nut, 1 11/16" Wide, Chrome 1 $44.00

Configured Items Details
Serial Number Description
CN16770 Item Number: CN16770, Stratocaster®, Warmoth Pro, Right Handed, Goncalo Alves, Pau Ferro Fretboard, 1-11/16" Nut Width, Wizard, 6105, Sperzel (25/64") Tuner Ream, 22 frets, 10-16" Compound Radius, Mother Of Pearl Dots Inlay, Mother Of Pearl Side Dots, LSR Prep, 25-1/2" Scale, Standard 4 Bolt
Order Totals
Subtotal: $416.00

I installed Sperzel locking tuners, so the holes have already been drilled in the back.

Can do $250.00 for the neck with the nut installed (plus I have the shims that came with the nut). Postage can be calculated once I know where to ship to.

Let me know if interested.

D'oh! So close. Yeah, I am looking for a NON Floyd Rose cut. Thanks for the offer though.
I was actually looking for a be/be maple neck too. My last Warmoth was be/be with a vintage tint, but the 1 11/16 Nut & 6150 frets killed my hands. Thanks again for looking out guys.

Just curious what you guys thought of the Wizard over a standard thin?
With 1 5/8" nut and the compound radius, did it feel too small or just right?

Just Right. I'm a big fan of thinner necks. I play way up on my fingertips and the thinner neck really feels right for me. I do like the Standard Thin as well, but really prefer the Ibanez Wizard, the Charvel San Dimas and, of course, the Warmoth Wizard.
