Thanks in advance for any help.
I have a problem with my wiring

Setup:
pickups:
    - Neck P-rail
    - Bridge: P-rail
Switch:
    - 3 way blade
        * up - neck
        * middle - both
        * down - bridge
Other switch (to control P-rail function)
    - on-off-on mini switch (one switch controles both pickups)
        * up - p-90
        * middle - humbucker
        * down - rail
Pots:
    - Concentric pots, volume and tone for each pickup

Problem(s):
    - On the neck pickup the volume works in the correct way but the tone reversed
    - On the bridge pickup the tone works correctly but the volume is reversed
    - Note: I consider the "right way" to be the pot going from 0 - 10 clockwise when looking at it straight on

I've attached the diagram I created and followed for the wiring. Be gentle it is my first attempt at wiring and I couldn't find a pre-existing one so I built this by basically trying to combine about 4 I found.

I notice that your diagram is drawn as a mirror image, which if followed results in the wiring being a mirror image. This would cause them to be wired in reverse as compared to each other.

Make sense? Try this: Rotate one of the pot diagrams 180 degrees, so they are both are in the same orientation, and you'll see what I mean.

You followed a bad diagram, and wired backwards. Just switch the connections around.

Be sure that you have the right taper pots, btw.
