WILKINSON HELP INTONATION!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been struggling for hours to get my High E and B strings
intonated on my strat
( for a look go here www.youtube.com/DEUCHONMANDIC ) and i tried and i cant get it intonated.
My e sting is half a step flat so i tightened the screw and vise versa and nothing Helped.
Im using the stock tremolo that i ordered from Warmoth and i cant get it intonated.
Please God help!

Did you loosen the set screw and move the saddle forward (toward the neck)?

Does the string have a kink in it?  Try a new string if indeed the saddle moves and doesn't help.  Also try a better tuner?
