hi Guys,

I want to have a gold cover for my humbucker, but 'worked open', filtertron style. I have absolutely NO idea where to buy that! can anybody help me? those covers are great for prails and stagmag pickups, because the polepieces are fully adjustable with them. and they look cool too...

Orpheo,

you could buy a couple of GFS retrotrons and pull off the covers to use elsewhere.

Brian

bit pricy. 30$ for just a cover...

Do you guys have google in Germany? :laughing7:

Pickup parts:
Filtertron patent # cover
    Chrome $13.50
    Gold $14.50
Supertron patent # cover
    Chrome $13.50
    Gold $14.50

http://www.guitar-parts.com/products/879/Gretsch-Filtertron-Cover-Gold.htm

have you looked at ebay? I just found some there. I'm sure there's more. I got bored after finding them in 3 different places.

Maybe they don't exist.

Are the real ones the wrong size? They probably are. :icon_scratch:
