Where do i get 500K No-Load Pots?

When playing live I control all volume (swells included) with a volume pedal. I usually don't touch the controls except for the pickup selector.

What value capacitor should I use and where exactly do I connect it? It's a standard 2 humbuckers, 3 way switch, 1 volume, 1 tone set up.

Tone cap values are usually a personal preference. Some like lower values for a higher frequency cutoff, while others prefer higher values for a lower frequency cutoff. If you have high impedance pickups, traditionally 0.022uF and 0.047uF values are used. Some like odd values like 0.033uF or even 0.001uF. If you have low impedance pickups, such as active EMGs, you will want to try higher values to keep the frequency cutoff in a useful range. 0.1uF is a favorite.

The capacitor should be wired in series with the pot, with the whole thing running parallel to the pickups. If you run a separate push/pull on/off switch to remove the cap, you would run the switch in series with the cap.

Actually I just remembered this site, I would check with them:

http://www.singlecoil.com/shop.html

Wow, I just realized this is a really old thread.  Anyway, the singlecoil.com is a really great shop.
The owner Dirk, is really helpful and all around nice cat.  He does a monthly column in Premier Guitar Mag about
all kinds of guitar mods.  I have used him for electronics on a couple of my Warmoth builds.
He is in Germany, but I usually receive my stuff in less than 2 weeks.
I highly recommend them...
