250k and 500k in HSS Strat?

Would this work? Having my singles hooked up to 250k volume and tone pots, then having the humbucker hooked up to a 500k volume pot (I don’t need a tone knob for it), and both going to the output jack?

Yes it would work.
But since you don't need a Tone control with a humbucker (you just plain don't),
you could just use a single 500k Volume control for all three pickups, and use 250k Tone controls for the single coils.
Eric Johnson uses 400k-500k Volume controls and 250k Tone controls.

In my situation I use 500k for everything on my HSH Strat. It does get too bright on the single coil but when I dial my tone knob to around 7, it’s fine.
