I'm not even really vegetarian/vegan/etc. Not strictly, anyway. Sometimes I want a real burger.. though not those nasty ones you're posting pictures of, Doug  :toothy10:

I don't cook meat at home, and neither does the girlfriend. So our house, at least, is vegetarian. But sometimes I get a hankerin', and I have no interest in feeling bad about myself for wanting to eat meat twice a month. I don't know, I think I just don't like making rules for myself.  :icon_thumright:
That's a good 'ol Texas burger ..... :laughing7:

Why do you Texan's insist on serving burgers (particularly, greasy ones) on paper?
It just goes soggy and disintegrates, and stick to the bottom of the bun.  I hate eating paper.  AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!  Just put it on the plate!     :icon_tongue:

[/Rant]
So we don't have to wash the plate.... :icon_biggrin:

I have a question...

It's nearly 1am here.  I haven't been drinking (or smoking or anything that messes with your mind or appetite !!!)....
I've just cooked two Aberdeen Angus steak and Jalepeno burgers, and thoroughly enjoyed eating them in bread, with cheese, mayo and tommy k.

Am I a lost cause?  :dontknow:

Actually, I think Nathan imparted the best wisdom so far.  He does what he wants when he wants it.  If he wants a burger, he gets a burger and avoids the trappings of rules.

The thing about most of this food is that it looks pretty much  the same coming out as it does going in.

Really, one could say I am the Chuck Norris of burgers.  :icon_jokercolor:

Even though I hate all these chain restaurants popping up all over the place, I have to say that the Five Alarm Burger at Red Robin was frickin' awesome. And only 59 grams of fat! :laughing7:
