The Brise-Bise in Gaspé, Québec (my hometown :icon_thumright has a lamb burger topped with goatcheese and wild mushrooms. Comes with thick-cut fries and garlic mayo. Sounds kinda wimpy, but the bloody things must weigh a pound and is delicious. Best served on a terrace overlooking the bay with a tall glass of Unibroue. Almost makes me want to go visit my parents... :laughing7:
