What neck to use? Finish opinions needed please

Here is the finished product.  It needs a set up but here is what I found our during assembly.

--As mentioned this is asian body.  SOLID one piece basswood and burl lam top.  The neck pocket was NOT correct.  If you notice the sting alignment it is off by a hair (it will drive me crazy) so a very thin shim will take care of that.
--Also the pocket was cut too deep.  Instead of being 16mm deep, it was more like 19mm.  So I had to shim there.  I made something temporary but will be making a more permanent piece soon and gluing it in the pocket.
--The pick ups are very low output.  I am a die hard hot humbucker guy so the sound it not to my liking.  I am going to mess around with different tone caps and pickup heights.
--This neck is AWESOME.  I will forever play it raw. 

I am quite happy with the color combo.  And yes...it does need a Dangerous neck plate. 

While not a finish I did myself, I may put this halfmoth in for GOTM.
