I was just wondering, what kind of glue does Warmoth use to glue the fingerboard to the neck, do they use hide glue? is it possible to remove them if the need should arise?

I remember of reading Gregg or Eric telling that is not hide glue, the glue is that white/yellowished of woodworking (if I remember well, of course)

I don't know what kind of glue Warmoth uses but if I had to guess I'd say it is an Aliphatic Resin glue which you probably know as Titebond. This can be loosened by heat and moisture, check out Dan Erlewine's "Guitar Player's Guide to Guitar Repair" for info on the process and Stew-Mac for specialty tools. Then, please take it to a competent luthier to do the removal. Why do you want to remove the fretboard anyway?
