Warmoth Renames Some Gibson Categories

I was browsing the site when I noticed Warmoth renamed some of the Gibson style categories. For example LP is now SC1.

I'm wondering if this is in preparation to eventually add the new body shaped in there?

Maybe a Warmoth staff member can comment (policies allowing of course)

I hope a new singlecut body style is coming soon!  As an aside they all changed names to something similar or described like after the announcement that they were no longer taking new orders & the showcase would be the last-run of the current crop.

I hope, I really hope that they come up with something nice. I heard rumors and what I heard ain't up my alley

The fact is....they dont have to make a LOT of changes to the LP body to be in the legal safe zone from Gibson.

Gibson has that shape copyrighted to certain dimensions and the Warmoth one visually at least, looked identical.

So hopefully we will soon see another LP shape come along.
