warmoth gotoh tele bridge and fender standard tele body

i had recently bought a 2012 american telecaster standard body from ebay seller stratosphere.

i had a gotoh tele bridge i had bought from warmoth 4 years back.

my guitar tech just called to tell me that this bridge doesn't align with the ferrules in the body.

i thought this bridge would fit on a standard fender telecaster body.

any idea what's happening?
