Volume knob mistake.

But I think you should have put a mini toggle switch with the #11 underneath...When people ask what's the #11 switch for you say.."After I turn the knob all the way up to 10, I kick on this switch and it takes it to 11".... :icon_biggrin:

Yeah,I thought about putting a switch,but the fact of the matter is,it would still be in the way..Anyway,lesson learned.I will be coming at you for a special "Texas" style neck plate when I get ready to build a tele.

On my first strat, I wrote the number 11 in right next to the 10 on my volume knob in red ink. Still there, still makes me chuckle.

I'm right there with you, man. I've got big hands and the position of that volume knob is waaay too close and totally in the way. Every Strat I've ever owned has had the bottom tone control removed and everything moved down one.
