My walnut Jaguar body without the dumbass switches 'n' roller pots routings and without the dumbass Jaguar bridge/whammy/springs atrocity and without the forearm and belly cuts is due to arrive Thursday.... to eventually be mated to my maple/maple 24-fret 24.75" scale Warhead neck. I was surprised that neither Warmoth nor USA Custom were able to make me one, because it's a great shape that's traditionally saddled with garbage hardware & electronics; even if the parts are made well, it's like a top-flight Edsel or New Coke or something... huh? :icon_scratch: :icon_scratch:
Warmoth and USA both apparently have a Jaguar shape that's loaded into the CNC machine as a totality, without any way to subtract the silliness anymore; years back I got a Warmoth Mustang without that weird bridge but now that's out too. ???
It was the Warhead neck that started me on this whole idea, 24 stainless steel extra-jumbo 6100 frets on a boatneck, what a great idea! Now where to stick it....

If it works out as good as it looks, I'll let you know where...
