had a package waiting for me when I got home today, it's the new "Runt" mini humbucker from Roadhouse Pickups!! I can't wait to get it installed, I'll post a review when I get it in and rockin'!  :headbang:

for the record" Ken is one of the nicest guys ever, and extremely professional. I will be getting all my future pickups from Roadhouse.  :occasion14:

Nice!  I just got two more sets from him as well.  Now I need a body for a project to knock out one set, and then...  I can't wait to hear your review on how it sounds.

Ok, I got the "Runt" installed in my PRS se245, it's AMAZING!! Ken surprised me, he said he was gonna do it un-covered, but must've decided to send the chrome cover at the last minute, (of which I'm very pleased because it adds to the asthetic of the guitar!)

ANYway, I got it all wired up (50's LP style wiring), and MAN, it's my new favorite bridge pickup! Really fat & warm, but with tons of clarity throughout. Simply put, it sings. Has a great crunch with full vol on, and rolled back it cleans up really well. I'm just super stoked at how great this pickup is, Ken you are the MAN! Thank you so much.

by any chance do have a pic larger than 100x75?
:icon_scratch: ... I was looking for the pic .... then found it

I even tried to view it on the screen with the Stewmac's 'Optivisor'  ..... Nope still can't see it.  :laughing7:

I was surprised at the surreal amount of, "depth," that Ken's pickups have.  They sound great, have an amazing amount of clarity without being sterile at all, and then there was all of this room to play around with.  Very fun things.

Totally, "depth" is the perfect word for em, such a great pickup.

I'll jump on the Roadhouse bandwagon, too.  I never would have heard about it except for the guys on this forum.
They're elegant, articulate.. that 'space' or 'air' everyone describes!  Even full on high gain the bridge HB doesn't get muddy, it just sings like a violin.
The JM and the HB play so well together in the mixed combinations I find myself completely forgetting about tone controls.
