Unveiling Max’s Tele Neck

I'm not a fan of birdseye but that is still one fine neck and will work great.

So Max, when you blow up and Fender's releasing your limited edition Tele for some insane price, you'll remember who your friends are, amirite?

I love birdseye,  I have 2 Warmoth birdseye necks, I just used some Birchwood gunstock oil on mine, both are spectacular...After a while of playing them, the birdseye just seems to get more defined... :headbang1:

Depends. I'm hoping on not going the Keef route, and not remembering anything :P

Max, you and I are both in the 1 11/16", Birdseye, '59 Roundback Tele neck club now.  Of course I'm a Warmoth Pro, 6130, no fret dots man myself.
Oh, I don't want to be in the same club with you.
Is there any plain maple?

What's the finish going to be on this?  Lacquer?

The fingerboard and the headstock will be gloss lacquer and the back will be hand rubbed oil.

will it have a vintage tint?? nothing better than birdseye maple with a nice vintage amber tint :)

You got some MAD birdseye going on Max.  thats competes with my Epi LP top!!!  :hello2:

Mmmmmm, that's nice bit of maple there. :blob7:

You should be very happy with that Max, once Tonar is finished with the finish.  :icon_thumright:

I'm already happy with it  :icon_thumright:
Maybe I'll enter the raffle so I can pay for the rest of the guitar :P
