Track listing updated. How much longer do we want to take submissions? Next Friday is the 12th, that would give any stragglers (MULLY...) another week to get something submitted.

Would that work for everyone? Next time this will go much smoother, as we have the issues hammered out now.


Side note, I hit Hero member a few posts ago and didn't notice it! This album is going to be one heck of a 500 posts gift for me!  :occasion14:

The 12th works for me, I'm free that Saturday (mostly) so it would give me a whole day just to sit down and work on it. I would be able to have the completed product up by Sunday morning/early afternoon.  :cool01:

Why do I get singled out as a straggler. HAHAHAHA!!! No worries, I'll try to have something this week if I get time. The 12th is my birthday by the way.

I have a heap of tunes but none with anything Warmoth on it thats worth contributing

Be good to have a listen when your all done and mixed.
 
My biggest problem is this, I only have one backing track that I practice a lot over, it's a slow blues in A but it's a midi file and not real instruments. It really would sound like garbage on a disc like this. Does anyone have any slow blues backing tracks in the key of A?

do a search for Guitar Center King of the Blues backing tracks. You can download them for free and there is a slow blues in a in the bunch.

Thanks, man. Actually, of course I'd love it if I won, but just getting that many votes has surprised me. I honestly didn't think a plain white guitar would be able to sit with some of those gorgeous tops. I'm happy beyond words that I even got this far.
