Just spent the last few hours prepping to record a cover of Avenged Sevenfold's 'Unholy Confessions'.
Found an isolated vocal track and a backing track that had drums and bass, so I was separating the vocal sections to sync it with the backing track. The vocals were spaced wrong, because it was one stereo track containing every part, and there were parts that overlap slightly.
Yes this was a pain in the ass. Was it worth it? In my opinion yes. I think I have it pretty damn close now.
Going to sleep and get well rested, and hopefully I'll start recording tomorrow!
