Tuners for a right handed reverse strat headstock

I was thinking about staggered hipshot tuners for my current build, and I was thinking about getting a right handed reverse strat headstock.  And I was wondering, would regular righty hipshot tuners work, or should I be getting lefty tuners, or is there some special right handed reverse headstock tuner?  Any advice appreciated.  I think it should be lefty, but I'm not sure.

Ordinary lefty (treble-side) tuners should work fine.  The righty (bass-side) tuners are not reversible - you may end up with uncertain fitment.

FWIW I think staggered tuners are a joke and still don't provide the ideal break angle without a string retainer. They only change the angle over the nut a few degrees. If they work well enough for you, dat's coo, but I always think my shibs ring better with down pressure on the d, g, b& e*. #UniversalHealthcareAndStringRetainersForAll

Sorry they don't work for you.  Have you used the hip shots brand? I have them on two of my guitars already and this one will be the third.  As to whether they are a joke, let's agree to disagree.

I tried some Gotoh 510 staggers and some Sperzel staggers, but not the Hipshots. Both were really nice tuners, but still the angle wasn't where the jangle needed to dangle. You gotta get vertical instead of horizontal, my mulattos.
