Is a Fender 2 point Trem able to bolt up to a Wilkinson trem's post and routes?

nope, the inserts are different sizes and the wilky is bigger

I don't think the answer is that easy.  Yes, the Wilkinson inserts are .17mm larger than the Fender's;  but the spacing between the inserts is the same:  55.9mm center to center.  What I'm not sure of is whether the studs which thread in to the inserts are cross-compatible with the knife-edges on either trem-plate;  they look like they would be.  The other question is whether the Fender studs have the same thread diameter and pitch as the Wilkinson;  in which case you could thread the Fender studs into the Wilkinson inserts.

Yes that is true, but that doesn't make the wilkinson smaller. You would still have to route to fit the wilkinson in.
