when i made my first call to warmoth the  first question i ask was how there show case stuff compared to fender custom shop. The salesman told it was as good or better. Well we will see. Since I have long been a fan of fender custom shop guitars. ( i own 6 two of them master built) But I wanted to try putting a guitar togeather having things i want with out the year long wait so i  though what the hell lets give it a shot. Well  what a learing experiance. Not only did i have a whole lot of fun. But I ended up with, what i feel is, a guitar that matches any of my custom shop guitars in sound, tone, looks and, quality. To top it off there that little something about playing some thing i got to create. All i can say is the guy at warmoth was right on. And thanks. I have to do another one sometime.

Congrats on the build.
Glad you enjoyed and are pleased with the outcome.....

Have you posted pictures of it?

Yeah, the main rule of this forum is you're not allow to talk about how much you like your Warmoth guitar without posting pics of it. Gregg really out to include that in the guidelines. ;)

Sounds like you're a Fender kind of guy.  Can we see all three of your master-built axes (2 built by Fender, 1 built by you)?  :guitaristgif:

Very interesting, I would love to see pics of th Warmoth, and pics of 1 or more of the Fender Custom Shops as well for comparison.

I have a Warmoth strat, and it exceeded my highest expectations. .  by a long shot. It has completely spoiled me, every time I pick up a "real" Fender strat they just do not compare. There is something about that Warmoth neck, it is like magic.

Both very nice!  What's the 12th fret of that custom shop tele say?  And (if you don't mind telling us) how much did it cost you?

Not too bad.  Of course I bet your Warmoth cost a quarter of that.  :icon_thumright:

I too just love Warmoth.  After finishing my first project i am currently selling all of my 11 production model guitars to fund more Warmoth builds.

Now there's a convert!  Addicting, isn't it?  :icon_biggrin:
