In the 15+ pages you skipped over, we argued and set the limit to 200 tickets this time for various reasons, primarily so you could know your odds before you decide to participate. Maximum 5 per person, and there were I think 17 left yesterday.

I will also say this; there has been more then one person that has sent in money not asking for tickets and wanting to remain anonomous. I am not looking to make any money so everything in my paypal account is going to get paid out. I started the drawing with $0.00 so everything in it goes to the winners. That's the formula of duties:
[(good's value + shipping cost) x 1,6]x1,18
The 1,6 is the 60% of importated goods tax and the 1,18 is the 18% of tax for "goods' transit" in Brazil...

So, seems like the winner will be known this weekend!
