The down side of "THE SALE"

I know that I personally benefited from Warmoth having their sale but I gotta say this, it really depleted the inventory in the Showcase. To be honest, if the planets align and I win this raffle, I don't think there's anything in the Showcase at the moment that interests me. I just went through all 11 pages of the Strat bodies and nothing really jumped out at me. I'm not a huge fan of Tele's, LP's, Soloists, VIP's etc... Hmmmm, if I win maybe I'll go the LP route.

... lol ... was just in the guitar store today, again researching neck sizes, and one of the guys I know there said ... "Les Paul's are for girls" - kinda funny.  Hold out - go for the Strat body - I'm sure inventory will rise with time.

Ouch, I don't know if I'd go so far as to say they're for girls. HAHA!! I'm just not a big fan of those heavy planks of lumber. It wouldn't hurt to have one though. Although, since my last build that white Strat has been my main guitar. I think my other guitars are getting jealous.

You can do whatever you like the last one was a full custom build that was decided on by all the members.

You don't need to no, but that really is the spirit of the contest. Some liked it some didn't on the last one the winner let the board choose every aspect of the build. I for one would let the board decide for me I think that is the fun of it.

if the idea is to have a guitar created to the liking of forum members, it should just be a "everyone who pitches in gets a vote" event and the thing should go to charity when completed. If your buying a chance to win money to build a nice guitar that someone might not normally be able to afford, then Im with Mully, build it how you like it with the money you win
