Entering my 2017 guitar in this month's Guitar-Of-The-Month gave me an excuse to get some new shots with my new(ish) camera :

Nice shots of a very nice guitar!

As an aside, this little series is a good example of how much ambient reflected light can affect the rendered color of the subject. I've been frustrated before wondering why something would look so far off, then realized that a blue sky reflection vs. incandescent vs. flourescent vs. cloudy sky, etc. makes a lotta difference. Oddly enough, a slightly overcast sky seems to be best for outdoor shots. Still a more or less bright full-spectrum shadowless light, but with less color influence.

Right, and no overwhelming blue reflections on other-colored body finishes.

I came very close to making this exact same build down to the knobs for my latest Tele. Love it, congrats!
