Herro,
I am a novice when it comes to finishing. Ive prepped pieces to be finished, sanded, grain filled, then gave to dad to spray. I used Wudtone on my 1178, link below.

I used Wudtone because it was easy enough to apply, could be done indoors, and cheap. But, now I'm craving a deep candy/metallic finish, which I'll probably pay an auto body shop to finish.

What's the best way to strip this finish? Should I just sand back until the shiny spots are gone and fill the grain? Or is there anpaint stripper i should use?

Thanks guys and gals.

I just use the standard polycell paint stripper from b and q myself. It seems to take pretty much anything off. It's messy though, you'll need loads of kitchen roll. One of the most annoying things about paint stripper is that all that grain filling you've done will need to be re done.

I still find it the quickest method
