string spacing for gecko 6 with hipshot

HI, I recently ordered a gecko 6 string and had it routed for a hipshot A style and p4 pickup shape.
Now that I am trying to nail down what pickups to order I am a bit confused as on Warmoth's site it states that the Hipshot bridge should have 16.5 mm spacing but I can only find Hipshot A style bridges with 17mm or higher. Also I am considering either Nordstrand or Bartolinis and as best I can tell they are not made to work best with that small of a spacing. So my questions are will a Hipshot A style bridge that has 18mm spacing work with the bridge routing that Warmoth does,  also will that work with the gecko neck taper. Or do I have to look for pickups that are more suited for smaller spacing. In this thread

That would be my bass.  The bridge was a custom rout and the pickups were custom ordered from Nordstrand for 17mm spacing.

You can get a 16.5mm spacing bridge direct from Nordstrand or special ordered through BestBassGear.  (I've ordered from them several times.  Great company!)

You will need to find a 16.5mm spacing bridge to fit the rout.  Larger bridges will not fit the mounting holes.

I will will probably call best bass gear tomorrow I have had great help from them in the past and I want them to do the wiring so hopefully I can get what I need. by the way do you have an opinion on bartolini classic bass vs nord dual coils vs fat stacks for a fretless I am thinking aguilar obp 3 but am still wavering on pups.
