Strat Mint Green Set

Want to do a vintage look on a Strat and go with classic "mint green", but can't find anybody that has everything I need...

Warmonth itself will let me custom order the pickguard - in 8-hole configuration - but doesn't have all the other knob tips, pickup covers, etc.

All-Parts has everything except the pickguard in 8-hole (they do have 11-hole)...

I'd like to order everything from one supplier because (maybe I'm fooling myself here) then they'll hopefully match better.

Opinions?  Sources?! :)

You know what?

I've done quite a bit more googling - and turns out the 8-screw pickguards in mint green quite likely never happened - it was pretty much the same time Fender started producing mint green that they were also changing to 11-screw pickguards.

Just *maybe* there was a handful made, but nobody's been able to produce a live example that I've heard of...

So - never mind on this - sticking with white! :)

The mint thing is pretty subtle anyway - I doubt you'll suffer for just going white.

You're right in trying to minimize your supplier count, though. I have some fairly recent experience with that and wouldn't want to repeat it. Whey you're building a jigsaw puzzle, the parts will fit together better if they're all cut by the same manufacturer.

Suppliers don't necessarily make the stuff they supply, so matching may be a moot point even though it all arrives in the same box.  The mint is a multi-ply with a bevel, which is when they went to an 11 hole design.  The 8 hole, vintage correct pick guards were single ply and had no bevel.  Mint with white controls and pickup covers looks great, and the white plastic actually makes the mint look green. The mint material was PVC as well, whereas the other plastic pieces weren't.  The more recent all mint pieces aren't vintage correct. But, don't let the number of holes change your mind about the color.
