Sperzel tuner holes

StewMac make a jig for that. It’s not cheap, but if you plan to make several guitars it might be worth it.

Good to hear, cuz I just forked out $50 for it! Tried my first guitar without it and was not satisfied with how straight i was able to get everything.
 
Sperzels are ok, but there are many alternatives these days.  I'm curious why people would have a preference for Sperzel.
 
I must admit that after trying a set, I'll probably stick with Gotoh or hipshot in the future.

I have two of those jigs. Which means I can line them up with each other to make alignment even more certain. I have not used them for Sperzels but they will also do Schaller and Fender two pins etc.
