Yes I'm aware it comes around every 100 yrs. But "we" = you, me, everyone else alive today at this moment will only see it once... :icon_biggrin:Super Turbo Deluxe Custom said:We see it every 100 years.
10/11/12 could be 10/11/1912 or 10/11/2112.
Well here in the US. it's Oct. I could really care less about the rest of the world, only our military does dd/mm/yyline6man said:It's November 10th for some people, depending on whether it's common in your country to do mm/dd/yy, or dd/mm/yy.

That's why we broke away from the British, we wanted things our own way. We have our own money, measurements, side of the road to drive on, side of the car to put the steering wheel. It was like Burger King, we have it our way.. The reason the rest of the world does it differently from the US is because they were too laZy to develop a system of their own. :dontknow:line6man said:DangerousR6 said:Well here in the US. it's Oct. The rest of the world tends to get it right most of the time. Who ever heard of this silly Imperial system, for instance? It makes no sense. Likewise, mm/dd/yy is backwards. Should go from shortest to longest interval of time.
Why sure, there's a lot of words borrowed across all languages. :icon_biggrin:Super Turbo Deluxe Custom said:Foot is an English measurement denoting the length of the King's foot. It changed with everyelection.

What a bunch of killjoys we are.
