last night we had this thing we do every 3 or 4 months, one of us put on a garage night where we get together and Jam till midnight way to loud. So I held it at my place,

You know how the kids will all show up, anyway I went in to get some eats, Jims Death wings with triple nuclear Jolokia sauce, and heard someone new out there and he was shreading, when I got there this guy about 12 years old was treating my strat like it was a red headed prom date 4 Long Island Ice teas into the night. Had his hands in places no Preachers daughter would allow.

So I have always said it, you can think you really have this thing licked, and along comes some kid that puts you in your place, God Bless those coming up through the ranks, this kid is going be a Dragon Slayer of a guitar player once he figures out chord theory, his arpeggios he was using last night were way advanced of his age,I want to know who his teacher is.

Before I blew out my knee for good, this sort of thing would happen to me skiing.  I spent my whole life getting decent at the sport, then some little kid comes bombing down the mountain like nobody's business.  It sucks getting old sometimes.  And I'm not even old yet!
