"Slightly" Modified Gibson SG

this makes me sad, but it's also a little funny. mid 60's gibson SG (although the serial numbers were removed, so i'm not sure how close that is) "slightly" modified haha

I'm pretty sure the base guitar wasn't even a Gibson.  The inlay on the headstock... small blocks... volute... all suggest early 70's, like 72ish-74ish.  The neck joint is not consistant with that era.  Something's amiss.

i noticed the pickups seem to be extremely close together, which is strange. farther than an SG's would be i think.

either way, this poor guitar should be taken out and shot.

In fairness, the mid-60s thing in the add isn't really capitalised on.  He appappently knows what he has, a butchered SG.  He doesn't even have an asking price, just the "make an offer."  I wonder what his reserve price is in his head though.
