I've yet to read or hear a bad review of this pedal:

While there's no such thing as the perfect pedal (except the A/DA Flanger), I've liked just about everything I've heard from this box. Common comments peg it as similar to a Tubescreamer with more gain and a three band EQ. I'm not normally much of a pedal fan and prefer the amp to administer the crunch and gain. I always point and giggle at tube purists that have a germanium or other solid state based device in front of their amp. Some amps just don't crunch very well and that is where I can see this thing as being useful. I'm hooked.
