I suppose it's possible, but it's highly unlikely. Installing a set neck usually involves some corrective shaping to get it right, which means it's more or less married to that body.

No. I don't think anybody does. If you have one that's broken, it may be possible to glue it back together. If it's just that the frets are worn, they can usually be refurbished or replaced. If the instrument is important to you, then sometimes even the fretboard can be replaced. But, it's not a trivial task so for what it would likely cost you, you could probably replace the instrument.
