I just traded my line 6 g90 for a Schecter c-1 custom from around 2011. Transparent blue. Sort of a teal hue. It was my friend and ex-bandmate's. Pretty good condition, just a few dings. The thing is beautiful. Just went out to buy a set of strings and straplocks for it, and I'll set it up and post pics.

I wasn't going to sell the wireless, but i can't see myself needing it in the near future, and my friend offered this guitar and i couldn't pass it up.

Pics to come!

:headbang:  C-1's are awesome guitars. I had 4 when I worked at GC and could buy stuff at cost. I had a XXX, TOM Hellraiser, an Elite and an E/A.  For a little over $400 I was getting guitars with great hardware and sometimes really good pickups.

Nice! Schecters are one of my favorite brands. This'll be my third. I have a Syn Custom (the first version ,with two invaders, and no inlay at the 24th fret, and a floyd original, instead of a floyd 1000) and a Blackjack A-7 that i got last year.
They play amazing for half the cost of other guitars of similar quality.

This is one of those cases where photos really do not do it justice. You really need to see it in person to see the beautiful blue quilt maple top. I conditioned the fretboard, re-strung her, adjusted the truss rod and did a quick setup, and now she plays beautifully.

You can't tell in the pictures, but the Schecter logo and the fleur de lis iare mother of pearl.

quilt maple is probably my favorite choice for a top.
Right now it's in standard, but I play in drop d and drop c often, so it has Ernie Ball Power Slinky's so i can tune down  :icon_thumright:
The pickups are Seymour Duncan Custom Custom in the bridge, and '59 in the neck.
Here's the spec sheet, from the Schecter Vault.

It's funny, the new Schecter "C-1 Classic" is pretty much the exact same as this, minus a volume control, and with different inlays.

It's funny, because i have come close to buying every one of those models at one time or another.  :laughing7:

The value for the money is amazing with Schecter. They play like guitars three times the price.

I would imagine that the 8-string Flying V must be pretty "unplayable" when standing up because of the neck dive issue. You would get tired in the left hand/arm just keeping it up ...

Unless of course you did something like this:
