Schaller tuners in Goth/ Grover tuner holes?

I'm about to get some Schaller locking tuners for my strat neck from Stewmac and have a small problem. The specs on Stewmac say that the Schaller tuners need a 13/32" diameter tuner hole while the tuner holes for Schaller tuners on the Warmoth site have 25/64. Would the Schaller locking tuners fit in the Gotoh/Grover tuner holes (which have 13/32"
diameter)? Or would it fit in the Planet Waves tuner holes which also have a 13/32" diameter tuner hole?

25/64 and 13/32... hmm.  There's only fifteen and one half housandths of an inch difference.

Know this though - tuners come in three or four flavors.  Old push in bushing size, as seen on old Fender and Martin and Gibson guitars.  Old screw in bushing size - 3/8 inch, as seen on older USA made Grovers.  New screw in bushing size - 10mm or .400 or really close to that.  And new push in Schaller bushing size (which is just a hair fatter than the old USA made push in bushing size).  I dont know the push in bushing size, but know that most, if not all modern screw in bushings are .400ish, and old Grovers are .375 (3/8).  I also know that old Kluson bushings fall out of holes that have had new Schaller bushings pressed into them.  I have no idea how the Gotoh or press fit bushings by others work.

Thanks for the detailed specs! I've decided that for the Schaller tuners, I would use the schaller tuner holes for this one. I've already looked at the measurements on stewmac and other sites, looked to see if 25/64 is closer than 13/32, and 25/64 is closer (it is 0.390625) to the spec on stewmac, which is 0.390. Thanks for your help!
