This looks like a nice tremolo http://guitar-tremolo.com/hp14771/Tremolo-2000-13060437.htm

Anybody familiar with it? Searching this forum returns no results. Not sure if it's a direct replacement for any standard routing Warmoth is offering (american standard and wilkinson comes close though).

My guess is it would actually be a drop-in replacement for the AmStd Fender or Wilky.  Stud spacing is virtually identical (56mm for the Schaller, 55.9mm for the Wilky and the Fender parts.    The outside saddles appear pretty close to a match for their orientation with respect to the stud knife-edge.

It's a handsome bit of kit - I'd try it if I had one available at a reasonable price.

Inserts are 10,2mm so that should be about 0,401" but I suppose it should actually be drilled just slightly smaller. American std is 0.375" and Wilkinson 0.382". That would probably require a bit of work.

Ah, I was just looking at the center-to-center measurement for the studs.  The actual diameter of the studs is a different story.  You might need to bore out the stud holes a tad for the Schaller part, you're right.  Warmoth might do it for the standard upcharge, or you might be on your own.
